How we handle requests
What a moderator does with your request
- A moderator reads every request and either acts on it or closes it, with a note on what was done.
- Taking down a report removes it from the public site, along with its published photos.
- We fix a mistake and add a dated note saying what changed. Those notes are listed below.
- A reply from the RMWB goes on the receipt it answers, as written.
- If you add an email, we use it only to reply, and we delete it 90 days after we close your request.
What counts as personal information
Faces, licence plates, house numbers and names. Moderators blur faces, plates and house numbers in photos before anything is published, and they can edit a report's text before it appears. If something got through, ask for it to come down and you don't need to prove anything.
How reports and photos are handled from the start is on the privacy page.
